Mary-Jo Gagliardi
Managing Director, Head of Human Resources
As Head of Human Resources, Mary-Jo develops and implements effective human resources strategies and policies to support AscentDS’s growth while fostering a positive workplace culture to attract, develop, and retain top talent. With over 25 years of Human Resources leadership, Mary-Jo most recently served as Chief People Officer at Dunmor Capital. Previously, she spent over 18 years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, a $45B global asset-based lending division. During her tenure, she successfully led cross-functional HR teams through multiple global acquisitions, adeptly merging people, cultures, and businesses to create a unified and growing organization.
Earlier in her career, Mary-Jo was a senior associate at Korn/Ferry International in Boston, where she honed her skills in executive search and talent management. She also served as a human resources manager at Fidelity Investments, working in both Boston and London.
Mary-Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Providence College and a Master of Social Work from Boston College.
