As Head of Sales, Donna develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies that align with Ascent DS’s goals and market opportunities. She brings over 25 years of experience in sales leadership, including over 10 years at Genesis Capital as the Chief Sales Officer, where she spearheaded sales initiatives and drove significant growth. Donna also served as Director of Sales at Anchor Homes, (a division of Anchor Loans), for three years, where she played a key role in expanding the company’s real estate acquisition and development initiatives.
Donna is a hands-on leader who has consistently led and grown high-performing teams throughout her career, starting with the LA Times and Ticketmaster and then transitioning into real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Journalism from the University of Southern California.
