As General Counsel, Hilary oversees all legal, compliance, and regulatory operations across the firm. She brings deep expertise in the real estate and financial sectors from her previous roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, First Republic Bank, and global law firms DLA Piper LLP and Dechert LLP. Hilary has served as an executive advisor to financial and real estate companies at all stages of growth and maturity, leveraging her legal background to balance sustainable and scalable growth strategies with effective risk and expense management.
She has successfully led organizations through high growth, transformation, and crisis by building ethical, practical governance frameworks and nurturing high-performing teams.
Known for her strategic insight and collaborative leadership style, Hilary plays a key role in advising the executive team and supporting AscentDS’s continued expansion. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
