Kerri Brouilette
Managing Director, Chief Credit Officer
As Chief Credit Officer, Kerri ensures proper assessment, management, and mitigation of credit risks at AscentDS. With over 25 years of diverse banking and private equity experience, Kerri served as Senior Credit Officer at Western Alliance Bank. Prior to that, she spent over a decade as Founder & Principal at Indigo Capital Advisors, specializing in acquiring debt and equity solutions for real estate companies throughout the Western United States. During economic downturn, served as court-appointed expert witness to opine on multiple bank underwriting cases.
Kerri's previous roles include Chief Investment Officer at Barratt American, Vice President of Capital Markets at Capital Pacific Holdings, LLC, and positions at Bank One/JP Morgan, where she managed a significant construction loan portfolio, negotiated transactions, and consistently exceeded profitability targets. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
